How do I know you won’t pull out my desirable plants when you weed?
Our crew has a combined 30 years of gardening experience in the Seattle and surrounding areas. What does it mean when we say organic when it comes to weeding?
When we say "organic" weeding, it means removing weeds without synthetic chemicals or harmful herbicides. Instead, it relies on natural, eco-friendly methods such as:
When is the best time of year to prune trees and shrubs?

When is the best time to add new plants to my landscape?
It depends on the plant, but in general the best time to add new plants is in the spring, when there is no chance of frost, until the fall. While summer is ok to plant, you would need to stay on top of watering daily so it can take root during the drier months.

Do I need to be home when the crew comes?
It is not necessary, unless you need to speak with the crew. If there is a locked gate, we can securely give that information to the crew to let themselves in.
Does Garden of Weedin’ install hardscapes, irrigation, or lighting?
Yes, our Hale Landscaping division does this type of work, and we will assist you in getting your project scheduled.
I have dogs, and they use the back yard to relieve themselves, how do you handle that?
Please keep all pets indoors during our visits. We’d appreciate if you could clean up after them before we stop by.
I have veggie beds, do you do anything with those?
We can weed them, if asked, but otherwise, we tend to leave that to you. If you want us to spend the time to plant and take care of them we will, but again, thats upon request only.
How often do we need Garden of Weedin’ to visit?
Our most common practice is monthly visits. This way we can stay on top of removing the weeds and keep your gardens clean of leaves of debris. There are many pruning practices that are best done during different times of year and making monthly visits allows for appropriate pruning at the appropriate time.
I have a strict budget for garden work, can you accommodate that?
Yes, absolutely. Please send us an email and we can set up a garden maintenance plan that works for you.
